Manicure Monday: Pink Ribbon Nail Art to Benefit Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition

If you follow me on Facebook , you already know why I didn't have time to post my Flower Friday hop. I was busy delivering and glittering fairy shirts for my mom's breast cancer awareness 5K team to wear Saturday for Dewey Goes Pink! I also did my nails - but that didn't take long at all with the Pink Ribbon nail stickers my friend Janet gave me. She sells nail art for fun and gives the proceeds to charities like Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. And of course, I have to throw a party and try to earn hostess rewards. So if you're interested in ordering, please with pink sparkles, click here to peruse all the pretty designs Color Street offers. Featured Flower Nail Picks: Miami Beach • Rose Path • Sakura Festival

Jamberry Giveaway: Power Of Pink Nail Art

EDIT: Giveaway is officially over. Congratulations to Indah Nuria Savitri for submitting the randomly-chosen 115th entry. Please email me back within 72 hours to claim your prize. October may be best known for Halloween, but it's also National Breast Cancer Awareness Month! My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was in 7th grade. Thankfully she recovered and has enjoyed many more autumns with me. To celebrate, I'm giving away half a nail art sheet of Power Of Pink , which is retired and thus more expensive to buy on Amazon than when it was readily available from a Jamberry consultant like mine, Janet Stoy . I'll also include an accent nail of Janet's Pink Ribbon design, the proceeds of which she donates to Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. If you haven't ever tried Jamberry nail wraps, read my Jamberry Nail Wraps Tutorial on my friend Katie's blog. If their product sticks with you, comment on this post and fill out the Rafflecopter to enter to wi...

Flower Photo: Morning Glory Vine at Cacapon Mountain Overlook

Ogre and I winded our way up to the mountains in West Virginia for our anniversary earlier in the week. We took a picnic lunch to Cacapon Resort State Park and practically had the place to ourselves. Manicure Monday: Sakura Nail Art by Color Street

A Sakura Festival bloomed in my mailbox last week. My friend and fellow nail art addict, Janet , discovered Color Street nail polish strips and sent me a surprise package, knowing I'd love them, too. They were so simple to apply - no heating or trimming to my nail bed size required! I've been wearing the nail stickers a week and they still look great, just some chipping around the tips. (Keep in mind that my new, very old house doesn't have a dishwasher, so I've been washing dishes by hand.) Sakura Nail Art Finds
