EDIT: The Winter 2012 Snowflake Blog Hop Linky may be closed, but don't let that stop you from blogging about snow and sharing it by commenting on this post. Or you can drift over to my current blog hop for a new theme. For my seasonal hop this winter, I challenge my fellow bloggers to bundle up and play in the snow. You can paint, craft or bake new creations to share, or feature your favorite snowflake-inspired items by other artists. It is entirely up to you how you wish to celebrate the chilly theme; just have fun floating about! This linky party will keep flurrying until melted by another challenge near the spring equinox, so you have plenty of time to participate. Pretty shot of nature up close, I love the bright sun on the leaf.
ReplyDeleteWhat great lemony-lime colors! Feels like summertime.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love sunshine coming through leaves, the prettiest thing ever!
ReplyDeleteThe yellows are AWESOME in your 'green' leaf!
ReplyDeleteWhat sort of camera & lens do you have? I love the clarity.
ReplyDeleteI love the yellow/green, especially next to a plum-colored plant.
ReplyDeleteThank you, darlings!
ReplyDeleteMarvelous vision, New End!
jp - I have a Nikon Coolpix S630. It has a 7x optical zoom, but this is actually cropped from a much larger photograph of the entire shrub.
It almost seems alien with the intensity of color and the close up on the texture.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo! I love taking photos that are less than traditional. I love the look with the sunlight overexposing the leaf. Excellent!
ReplyDeleteSo inspired by nature! Love the colors and lines!
ReplyDeleteNeon white edges, wow, and does anyone else see the little creature painting the edges white?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. Happy WW!
ReplyDeleteI like that!
ReplyDeleteWell when you look it at like that you can't see the forest for the plain :)
