ReplyDeleteThe colour and appearance remind me of a floating fungus it became popular to drink as a tea for rejuvenation purposes that I never could bring myself to try but then I would not eat mushrooms either for over 30 years ;)
ReplyDeleteSukhmandir - I don't like tea in the first place, so I certainly don't blame you for not trying a floating fungus version! Icks! The green in this shot is caused by the glass, though, not fungus so the moscato was still quite tasty! The angle made me imagine an eye belonging to a prehistoric fish or mythological water beast.
