Flower Photo: Black-Eyed Susans Reaching For Sky

Black Eyed Susans Photo by Aquariann

My soul feels like it has a black eye after this work week. Don't worry, Flower Friday will make it feel better! These beautiful Black-eyed Susans were across the parking lot from the Echinacea flowers I shared last week. I caught several awesome angles, so be sure to keep your eyes, no matter their color, on my Flower Photography Shop and Instagram account for more shots of this flowering plant from the sunflower family.

How To Plant Your Own Post for Flower Friday:
The only rule to play is that you can only add one link per week! The post doesn't even have to mention flowers, but only ones that do will be eligible for being picked as a feature next week. I will be sharing my flower image on other blog hops, namely Wordless Wednesday, and welcome all family-friendly links from fellow bloggers. Crafters can even link up an Etsy listing or other shop product! But if you want to promote a prize, please add it to my Giveaway Chest Linky instead to entice more treasure hunters.

Please follow my blog through any of the social media icons in the upper right sidebar to receive a reminder to return next week. Adding my button or a text link to your own blog and sharing to your followers is also a fairy appreciated way to help my hop grow.

Flower Friday

Other flower hops where I've planted my post this week include Floral Friday Fotos, I Heart Macro, Make My Saturday Sweet, My Weekend Flower, Saturday Show Off and Today's Flower.

  14. Those are some of my favorites. I like orchids too, but they are hard to grow - so I've heard. Black Eyed Susan's are easy to maintain.

  15. I like black eyed Susan's as well. I can attest that orchids are hard to grow. I have one sitting on my counter that is on its way out. :(

  17. Black-eyed Susans are beautiful. Every time I happen up on these little sunny flowers it's always in a place where I can't shot or the flowers are past peak. This is a great photo!
