WW: Evergreen Trees After Winter Snow Storm

Landscape Evergreen Trees Photo

"Like a rose under the April snow
I was always certain love would grow"
- Evergreen Lyrics by Paul Williams

I had hoped my beach grass macro would be my last snow photo of the year, but Mother Nature had other plans for St. Patrick's Day. The pine trees had the only green to be seen outside!

  1. My front yard is filled with pine trees, so this is our view every day. But I am done with this winter, so I will be totally fine if I don't see it again until next winter.

  8. I adore pine trees! I love how the snow is gently resting on the needles. We don't get much snow in Portland so I am rather fond of it in photos! Thank you again, for another lovely image.

  16. Snow looks so beautiful on evergreens! Over the weekend, I planted 46 Arizona blue cypress seedlings around our property. They're only about 18" tall now, but I'm so looking forward to them.
