Apparently this blue floral manicure is a biennial because it's been 2 years since it bloomed first on my nails for a best friend's wedding. Except this time I added an accent nail of blue and white stripes. And I still have half a sheet left so maybe you'll see the retired Jamberry design yet again in 2018!
